1. Loud noise

There are two reasons for the loud noise of Vane Pumps, the oil in the oil tank is insufficient or the pump core is worn. When this kind of problem occurs, you should first check whether the fuel tank is sufficient, and then check the pump core to see where the problem is.

2. The system oil temperature is too high

The reason for the high oil temperature of the system should be that the pipeline of the system is too small, the pressure is too high, the hydraulic oil cannot be discharged in time, and the cooling system does not meet the requirements, etc., resulting in the phenomenon of oil trapping in the vane pump.

3. The system drops pressure

System depressurization means that the vane pump can reach a predetermined pressure when it is working, resulting in a gradual drop in pressure during work, making the system unable to work normally. When this phenomenon occurs, we should first check whether the main control valve is leaking or the oil temperature is too high, and whether the upper and lower oil distribution pans are worn.

4. Pressure swing

In this case, the pressure of the vane pump is unstable during operation. If it is not accompanied by the increase in noise, it is generally possible to directly check the total pressure valve to see if it is worn. If it is a Vane Pumps Cartridge Kits problem, it will be accompanied by increased noise.
