Visi Cooler Environment Requirements

Visi Cooler should not be used in a dirty or fouling environment. The temperature during operation should be controlled at around 50 °C. If the non-softened cooling water is used as the cooling medium, the plate cooler should be periodically cleaned or washed with Ice Cream Showcase!
